About the Role
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and management of our social media presence. This includes content creation, community engagement, analytics reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and integrity across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aimed at building brand awareness, increasing engagement, and driving customer loyalty.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to our audience across social media platforms in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports that offer insights for process improvements and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and customer service teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Manage social media budgets and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
- Engage with followers to build a community around the Domino's brand.
- Drive brand advocacy and initiate customer feedback initiatives to improve service quality.
- Plan and execute exciting promotional campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of social media management experience, preferably within the food or retail industry.
- Proven track record of developing effective content and social media strategies that drive engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
